If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. Contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack the product securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative.

Write the RMA number on a Note or outside of the package.

Exchange Process:
If you want to exchange your lunch bag product for a different size or style, please contact our customer service team to request an RMA number. Once you have the RMA number, please follow the return process outlined above. When we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange within 10 business days.
Refund Process:
If you are returning a product for a refund, we will refund the purchase price (minus any shipping and handling fees) to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your returned item.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used or damaged. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or was shipped in error.
